Happy Halloween!

31 Oct

Head to Toe:
shirt, sweater, shorts, brooch: thrifted
purse: Mom’s from the 90′s
tights: Ross Dress for Less
shoes: Marty & Liz

I can’t decide what I love more, this sweater or this fishing kitten brooch! This is my go-to sweater no matter the season, but it’s especially appropriate for early autumn. I still wear it when it’s cold in February, despite getting weird looks. It’s definitely one of my favorite thrift finds ever. Speaking of thrifting, every time I go lately I find things in multiples. The day I found this fun brooch I picked up three or four others, too. And I keep scoring two pairs of shoes everywhere I thrift! I just can’t seem to pass up a good deal. . . I hope everyone else has this little “problem” while trick-or-treating!

Always the babest. Thrifting today I got another 6″ cake stand, but it’s ok because this one is silverrrrrr and was only TWO DOLLARS. I also got a pair of black little boys rain boots for THREE DOLLARS. a pair of cat socks for a quarter. Your brooch might still be the winner though.

thanks for the lovely comment btw, I like ones like yours who take time to say something sweet, really made my day! You’re blog is quiet wonderful as well, i look forward to seeing more outfit posts! this one is a REAL WINNER +++ the shirt reminds me of the 1985 classic Fright Night (not that god awful remake)

can i also add the detailing in the collared shirt makes this outfit that much better!
