Hi! I’m Jenna, the lady behind Kitty Cat Stevens. I’m the head baker at a tiny cupcake shop near Music City. Before that, I studied bookmaking and binding at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts. Before that, I studied interior design and fine art at MTSU, where I spent most of my free time riding bikes, making books, cooking & baking, and snuggling my cat, Olive.
I love handmade things, vintage things, and upcycling things. I daydream about owning a little cottage by the beach where I make a living by creating handmade books for people and baking into the wee hours of the night.
When I am not busy dreaming up creative ways to support myself, I enjoy tea, running, embroidery, writing letters, paper engineering, browsing thrift & secondhand stores, looking at pictures of the Orion Nebula, planning picnics, building things with my partner, and supporting local artists & businesses.
